After several years leading operations, finance, and people management for a growing nonprofit organization, I began to notice a pattern: many mission-driven teams were doing incredible work, but struggling behind the scenes with systems, structure, and operational clarity.

I have helped build the internal foundations that allow organizations to grow, from strengthening governance and financial oversight to designing operational processes that support a rapidly expanding team.

Through this experience, I discovered that what I enjoy most is helping organizations create the structures that allow their missions to thrive.

Today, I work with nonprofits to design practical operational systems, governance frameworks, and internal processes that make it easier for teams to grow, manage donor funding responsibly, and focus on the impact they set out to achieve.
