Overview
SPOT for Social Change is a Lebanese civil society organization established to partner with women, youth, and communities in building more just, resilient, and inclusive societies. As the organization transitioned from an emerging initiative into a growing nonprofit, it required the strategic, operational, and governance foundations necessary to support sustainable growth and long-term impact.

As Executive Consultant, I have worked alongside the founding leadership to strengthen institutional systems, develop organizational strategy, and build the operational infrastructure required to support fundraising, programme delivery, governance, and organizational development.

The Challenge
Like many early-stage nonprofits, SPOT needed to balance immediate programme delivery with building the systems required for long-term sustainability.

The challenge was to create an organization that was not only capable of delivering high-quality community programmes today, but also positioned to attract funding, strengthen governance, and scale responsibly over time.

My Role
Serve as Executive Consultant, advising organizational leadership on institutional development across governance, operations, strategy, fundraising readiness, programme design, organizational communications, and systems development.

Work collaboratively with the leadership team to translate strategic vision into practical organizational structures that strengthen effectiveness and long-term sustainability.
